MobiSave is a joint venture formed between a small group of experienced CPG, ad agency and mobile experts and Loeb Enterprises, a well-resourced consumer marketing firm with an impressive record of building businesses that are scalable and enduring.

David Florence CEO

David has more than twenty five years of experience in direct and database marketing. David previously served as International President and CEO of global advertising agency Draft Inc. and most recently as Regional President of DraftFCB, where he managed more than 30 offices in 25 countries. He is one of the most respected experts in the field, serving on numerous industry awards panel including the EFFIE (most effective advertising) and the ECHO (best direct marketing campaign). His past account relationships include P&G, Beiersdorf, HP and Verizon.

Steven Marcus President

Steve has 40 years of experience in advertising with Kraft Foods Group, Sara Lee Corporation, Playtex and Citibank. He has won multiple awards for effective advertising and promotions, and has served as consultant to advertising agencies on measurability and accountability. His digital consulting experience is extensive in both Internet ventures and digital rewards systems.

Mahender Bohra CTO

Mahender is a technology executive with extensive experience in consumer web, mobile and retail commerce. He was Director of Engineering at Weight Watchers International, where he headed development of field employee facing retail applications. He also managed consumer facing health and fitness apps and websites for US and International markets. Prior to Weight Watchers, Mahender worked in Technology consulting at Sapient, helping Internet Startups and Fortune 500 companies build and evolve businesses on the web.

Dan McCabe SVP of Business Development

Dan is a 25-year CPG and marketing services veteran. Prior to joining MobiSave, Dan served as Vice President of Business Development at IN Marketing Services and Linkwell Health and before that, Affinnova, where he led the successful turnaround of the Company’s Client Management & Client Services teams. Dan ran a start-up division of Imagitas Corporation, a Pitney Bowes Company and was Vice President of Sales for the Catalog Division.

Dan started his career in consumer-packaged goods with Pfizer Consumer Healthcare. From there, he joined Internet start-up Super Markets Online and remained there after the company merged with Catalina Marketing Corporation.

Gary Henderson Advisor

Gary recently led the acquisitions by Generation Partners of the Captivate Network from Gannett as well as the Wall Street Journal Network from Lake Capital, creating a category leader in the office media network space.

From 2000 to 2010, he served as a Senior Vice President at News America Marketing, where he created the Floortalk Advertising Division. Before joining News America, Gary was involved in several other start-ups, including an LBO for Muzak. He was the initial CEO for eUniverse, the precursor to MySpace and was one of the founders of Point of Purchase Radio (POP Radio) where he served as EVP Sales and Chief Marketing Officer.

David Dean Advisor

David was Senior Vice President, Engineering for Weight Watchers International, where he oversaw development of customer and field-facing-applications including Before joining Weight Watchers, Mr. Dean was SVP, Operations and Technology for Modem Media, Inc., where he led multi-disciplined teams in the delivery of interactive and measured marketing solutions. Earlier in his career, David worked at Xerox Corporation, A.T. Kearney and Braun Consulting, helping Fortune 50 companies evolve their IT platforms into customer-focused, market-driven systems.

Michael Loeb Director

Michael Loeb is a serial entrepreneur and venture investor. Michael's first entrepreneurial endeavor was Synapse Group which revolutionized the marketing and sustaining of magazine and newspaper subscriptions and sold to TWX for $800 million in 2006. Incubated inside of Synapse was Priceline, which was founded by Synapse's co-founder, Jay Walker, and co-funded by Michael. In 2007 Michael founded Loeb Enterprises (LE) with partner Rich Vogel. LE, and its lab, has been described as a 'company factory' - our capital, our talent - developing both home-grown and early-stage external business models. Today is building 10 companies, the biggest of which is ScriptRelief, a joint venture with United Health, now with over 9 million customers and recently valued over $1bb. While on the surface our fields of play appear disparate, there are common threads: big spaces rip for destruction; massive market inefficiencies; technology enables solutions; valuable consumer propositions.

Ed McCabe Director

Ed serves as a Director at Loeb Enterprises where he manages product development and marketing across a variety of the company's internal businesses. Mr. McCabe serves as the Executive Director of New Media for Script Relief, LLC.

Prior to joining Loeb Enterprises, Mr. McCabe worked under Michael Loeb at the Synapse Group, Inc., where he focused on developing new consumer-facing marketing methods. Ed has co-authored numerous business method patents on diverse areas such as advertising technology and location-based messaging.
